Resin injection ground improvement
Resin injection strengthens the ground rather than bypassing it. Injection tubes deliver expanding polymer resin beneath the footing; as it expands it compacts the surrounding soil and fills voids, and continued controlled injection can produce measured lift. It is fast and clean, and it is also the method most dependent on honest site assessment: it improves ground, it does not replace absent ground.

Timing
When it's needed
Well matched to settlement caused by loosened, eroded or poorly compacted soils at moderate depth, and to slab support loss where voids have formed. Less appropriate where organic soils, active water flow or deep instability are present, cases the assessment stage exists to catch.
A structure showing sudden movement (new wide cracking, doors bursting their frames, walls leaning or floors dropping) should be treated as unstable until an engineer says otherwise. Keep clear of the affected section, do not excavate beside distressed footings, and seek immediate structural advice.
